1. About Us

TakeMyJunkPro is a professional junk removal company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer same-day junk, furniture, appliance, rubbish, and household clearance services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

• Junk removal for homes, villas, and apartments
• Furniture and appliance removal
• Rubbish and waste removal
• Home and villa clearance
• Household junk removal
• Office and commercial clearance

All services are subject to availability and our team’s capacity. We reserve the right to refuse a job if items are deemed hazardous, illegal, or outside our scope of service.

3. Bookings and Quotes

• Quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, or our website form are estimates and may vary upon inspection of the actual items.
• Final pricing is confirmed before the job begins — no work starts without your approval.
• Same-day bookings are subject to team availability.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash and bank transfer payments.
• No hidden charges — the price agreed before the job is the final price.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows on the day of service may result in a call-out charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Ensure safe and clear access to the items for removal
• Inform us of any hazardous or restricted items before booking
• Ensure items to be removed are legally owned by you or you have permission to dispose of them
• Not include illegal items, chemicals, biohazardous waste, or asbestos in removal requests

7. Hazardous and Prohibited Items

We do not remove the following items:

• Hazardous chemicals or flammable materials
• Asbestos or construction materials containing asbestos
• Medical or clinical waste
• Illegal items or stolen property
• Paint, oil, or other liquid waste

If prohibited items are discovered during collection, we reserve the right to stop the job immediately.

8. Liability

• TakeMyJunkPro takes care during all removal jobs, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property.
• Our team will notify you of any concerns before starting the job.
• We are not responsible for items accidentally removed that were not part of the agreed scope.
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.

9. Eco-Friendly Disposal

We are committed to responsible waste disposal in line with UAE environmental regulations. Where possible, items are recycled, donated, or disposed of at licensed Dubai Municipality waste facilities. We do not illegally dump any items.

10. Website Use

All content on takemyjunkpro.com including text, images, and logos is the property of TakeMyJunkPro. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
